Those hateful answering machines!

I should have had my voucher for St. Maarten over a month ago. It never arrived. So today I called. You know the conversation, I suppose. If you want this, press one, if you want that, press 2. And so on. When I was about to hang the receiver, I discover the option that I could stay on line and someone would talk to me. So I waited and I explained. The sweet lady asked me whether I had made the exchange online. Yes, I answered. You shouldn´t have, she told me. So, I ask myself, why do they have the online possibility if it will not work? Besides, I have done it online several times with no problems. After a lot of nonsense and small talk, I finally asked her to send me the vouchers. She sent me one for one of the 2 weeks so I had to repeat the procedure again And now I´m on problem number two. I could not print the vouchers. But I will tell Claudia to do that tomorrow. She is coming with her children as she wants to be cuddled by mommy. And mommy wants the vouchers printed. Fair enough. Besides, they are all going with me, so we´d better have a place to arrive

I hate phone menus and talking to robots. If companies really cared about their customers, they would have real people to answer the phones.

I have a printer. It just did not work. Maybe when Claudia came the last time to copy lots of things, she used up all the ink. But I don´t mind much. She will have to fix the problem.

That stuff of press this and press that gets old after a while and if they don't want you to order online then they should not have it on their website. Hoping she can print them off for you.

She´ll do it, I´m sure. And if we cannot, she can send that to the court and ask one of the people there to do it. After all she is the Judge

@marguicha haha! I hope not, i've worked with Aetna before that's one of the line our machine used to say - it's a pain when you have to listen to a music while waiting on the other line. by the time someone answers you already forgot why you called in the first place and worst you've reached the wrong department and out you go - transferred to another line, another answering machine.

Going through the process can be complex but I hope you receive everything that you need and you're able to get theor vouchers printed out. I'm sure you will be thrilled when that happens.

You're lucky you actually got some one to talk to!! Oh, and I also know what you mean about doing things on-line too, sometimes you can't do things on internet, but they never tell you which things you can't do on the internet though, until it's too late. How frustrating!!
