Zubees are hiding: is it the server?

One of the sites where I get some coins is a site named Zubeezone. I earn coins at traffic sites and get coins that I can trade for some cents every day. As there is no need to do any job in a day, I do it whenever I want and I get an extra $1 a week. And that is besides the money I get with the traffic sites. Did I tell you that yesterday I was paid over $11? But today the site read "Unable to find settings!" and there was no way of reaching it from any other place. Do you know what those words mean, technologically speaking? For me they have the horrible end of story meaning.
