I Hate Ants!

I need a little anteater To eat up all our ants. I'm tired of them crawling All over my houseplants. They creep over my counters; They crawl over my feets. I find them in our cupboard, And even in our sheets! So... I crush them with my elbows; I squash them with my toes. I flick them 'cross the kitchen, But their number grows and grows! If I had an aardvark To chomp these little ants, I'd be so very happy-- I'd do a little dance. But then what would I do With an anteater in tow? I'd have to get a snake To make the eater go. And for the snake I'd need a hawk, And for the hawk an eagle. And when I'd need to poach this bird, I'd find it quite illegal! So logically I can deduce That with these ants, I'm stuck. Apparently they won this round, I guess I'm out of luck.
