Should it be more than 8 Glasses or less than 8 glasses?

Water is the essential for our lives. Without water, of course, the survival of anything is impossible. Water regulates the temperature of the human body. It maintains the digestive tract intact. It gives safety to the skin from diseases (both bacterial and infectious).
When it comes to the matter of drinking water the reply comes with many alternatives. Somebody says that an average person requires 8 glasses of water.
But, what is to be observed is that these 8glasses should be taken just when you are feeling thirst but not in a routine manner. Any intake of water of more than 8 Liters may cause indigestion, skin problems, and obesity. Further, never drink cold water and ice-cold drinks.
The ice-cold water gives a temporary feeling of chilliness and relief.
What actually happens when you drink cold water is that the water draws heat energy from the body to maintain thermal equilibrium . This implies losing energy and this is nothing but weakness.
The excess intake of water thus causes weakness.
When the intake of ice-cold drinks becomes more routine and casual the system goes on losing energy at various intervals. This continuous loss will ultimately affect the skin and there will be a situation
of red or dark marks visibly appearing on the skin.
So, drinking 8 glasses of water (normal ) when you feel thirst only.

Water is essential, but one does not need to consume 8 servings unless it is extremely hot and humid outside and you are doing physical activity.
Iced water is refreshing. I prefer my water to be at room temperature most of the time. But, when it is extremely hot outside I like my water to be chilled.

Besides, the regular water there will be some water in the contents also. But, it will be used up in grinding and pasting the item inside. So some additional water is needed which should be taken when you feel thirsty.
