Talk About The Advantages And Disadvantages Of Owning Pets

Nowadays,more and more people like to keep pets.Some people hold the idea that keeping pets has many advantages.But some people believe that keeping pets has many disadvantages.Both arguments contain certain elements of truth,which will be discussed in the following paragraphs.
On the one hand,Some people hold the idea that keeping pets has many advantages.In many cases,we will never fell lonely if we keep pets.We can play games with our pets.That is very interesting.For example,when a friend of mine finished his dinner,he would like walking the dog and ran with his dog.Secondly,our pets can give many assistance to us.Such as guide dogs,they can assist blind person to across roads.It is very convenient and safe.The last but not the least,taking care of pets can improve the responsibility of people.
On the other hand,some people believe that keeping pets has many disadvantages.Firstly,keeping pets consumes our money,we need to pay for their food.Secondly,people keep pets that it is more likely to get diseases.Thirdly,walking dogs wastes our much time.
All in all,every coin has two sides,keeping pets is no exception.Even though there are so many disadvantages for us to keeping pets,it still has brought about many advantages .In my opinion,the advantages of keeping pets far outweigh the disadvantages.So I think that people should be encouraged to keep pets.

Yes!I agree with you!!It comprehends your feeling,when you are in bad mood,he will just sit away looking at you silently.When you are in good mood,he will run around you and wags its tail or licks your hands.
The second reason is that he is very cute,he is like a naughty boy.Lust but not the least,dog is very loyalty,he will never abandon their masters,no matter they are rich or poor.

To me the advantages of having a pet far outweigh the disadvantages. They are like my children and are treated that way, when sick I take them to the vet. They can be so loving and gentle if you raise them in the right way. They alert you if someone is coming on your property or nearby which is a good thing.

There sure are advantages and disadvantages. But the endless unconditional love you receive from an animal sends all the disadvantages to shade. Once you start feeling the love, money or work doesn't seem to be important anymore.

When I was a child,I had a dog,we palyed around the city,but one day,it got lost.But now,my parents supported me to go abroad for receiving better education in Australia.We do not have much energy to have a pet.But I do really want to keep a pet,so I hope that I can have a pet in the future in my homestay

I love pets a lot be it cats or dogs. I find dogs more disciplined than cats. However when my cats pester me I feel I would be happier lonely.

I had a dog once (very much like your picture) that was more than a friend to me. Now I cannot have a dog. It is very expensive and I worry about what would happen if I should die in the near future. I inherited my dog when my grandson got cancer. Noone could take care of her and I received her out of pity. She more than paid me with a love few humans are capapble of giving.
