How can I feel so tired if I did next to nothing?

I cannot understand it. I cooked the rice yesterday, the chicken was more than easy and I just sat while my daughter cleaned up the table and did the dishes. Yet I feel very tired. I think it is because I had to be a wise mother for long hours. First with my oldest and all the advises about her boys. Then my youngest called and again I had to listen and to several good and complicated family problems. Fortunatly I could invite her with her husband to my house. She has to tell me about a very interesting verdict she gave last month. She hadn“t told me anything as she was with her family troubles. Should I go to bed early?

Doing nothing would be more tiring than doing work.

Perhaps you should get some bed rest. Sometimes when we haven't done much. Fe r l better and perhaps you'll be more energetic tomorrow.

Maybe you should listen to some calming music first.
