Pandora's Box of Intrigue and Mystery

Its good to be back! In my previous post I urged all the readers to refresh my memory on the things I might have not seen or read on myLot while a way for a week-end. It might only seem like a few day, but so much transpires over those few days, that one can easily get left behind in the conversations or miss out in the news of the world. You might say 'news of the world' is more apparent on the Television, but I find that more information comes through the myLot channel than any NEWS channel could give you. Other than that, its wonderful to find out how all the 'Mothers' enjoyed their "one day" a year treat! I cannot understand why we say 'SPOIL MOM' - . . . . .do you know that the definition of the word 'SPOIL' is: ruin, hurt, decay, rot, wreck, blemish, mar, tarnish, upset, defile, damage ??? So in actual fact I hope none of the mom's got spoiled, rather treated to great things. I was impressed that not only my regulars comment on my earlier post but that others had joined in. One of the responses got this title going when @Shavkat stated "The waves of ideas continued to pour out in this site". Indeed, such turbulent waves of ideas that keep us coming back for more . . . the conversations and variety of topics are endless and never should there be a dull moment. Only yesterday, in a real conversation, I made referral to two topics and clarifications that I had read on myLot - it happened without me even thinking. So what can the Positive Pandora's Box of Intrigue and mystery teach you today, enlighten you for tomorrow, or just entertain you for a moment? From the Mythical Greek readings . . . Some of the Pandora's features are: Malevolence - spite Debauchery - seduction Mayhem - commotion Villainy - depravity Scourge - curse Poison - harm Infamy - shameful Chaos - turmoil Indecency - vulgar Anathema - denouncement Plague - annoyance Mortal sin - unforgivable Sorrow - grief Depravity - vice Misery - pain Hope - Faith Dont be afraid - every mystery has a story - I wonder how one gets to a TOP rated post? Do you know? Open up some reads, and explore the land of myLot, . . . . . . . nothing ventured, nothing gained! Its officially winter in my side of the world! brrrrr

hi Lany!!!! We've had a few days of hot weather, and now I am sporting the most ridiculous looking tan line from my golf glove. It looks like I've dipped my left hand in white paint!!!

@ison_1 Take a marker and draw the outline of the glove on your white hand. Then no one will know when you've taken the glove off. They will just think you are a whizz at typing in a golf glove.

@AnneEJ I know - I think my title here is a little controversial and that might not be deemed good for top-ratings

@Inlemay I have checked some of them and they are not always ones that get a lot of responses. Yesterday some people had more than one on the top-rated.

Have you ever noticed that spoiled children are often fresh? So strange. I love the photo you have with this post. As long as we all remember that with all the bad stuff that escaped from Pandora's box, it was followed by something good, so we never have to live without HOPE.

@Rollo1 I come and go as well - but try a morning post and then an afternoon one, that way i get to interact with all the time zones directly - like now. You went through a rough spell with hubby a while ago, I hope all is well now.

not really wondering, just perused over them and wondered how they got there, I think its the rebuttal and responses of a great number that puts them there.

It's a nice idea, as an adventure where you never know what you will find out next!
