....And The Work Week Begins

Good Monday morning to all!! 
Hope all you mothers had a blessed Mother's Day yesterday. Was in contact (one way or another) with all 3 of my kids!! 
Also, called my mom!!
My husband said that when people ask me what I did for Mother's Day, I could say it was just like when I was having my first child...NO I'm not pregnant!! I "labored" ha...ha...pun on words there!!
We worked out in the yard, I planted a blueberry plant that I forgot that I was germinating!! 
Then my husband brought some dirt,so I can have a strawberry bed. Was raking it, so that it's level so I can start a strawberry patch!! We raked up, the old camper that we had burned last summer after the tornado. So, yes, I worked on Mother's Day!!

And to think that I was tired yesterday after a visit from one of my daughters and a lenghty phone call from the other! Now that I think that giving wise advises to your grown children takes all your energy.
I envy your garden stories. Now I only have some kale and radishes as winter is nearing. I want to plant some lettuce, but Leticia cannot help me much, just now.

but sounds like you had a good day I hope the strawberries come out well. Mine are starting to develop the fruit. I should have them ripe by mid June.
