You mentioned that sweat is good. You might be working in a place having dry climate. In Kolkata it is very humid. We sweat so much that half of ours energy goes in perspiration.

@PalSheena It is more difficult to avoid pollution in the big cities, Delhi, Kolkata. Too much traffic causes pollution.

Indeed sweat is good! But ofcourse we need also to watch out our diet. I used to play lawn tennis twice a week. But I can suggest the water infusion (lemon, mint, water) , green tea and green smoothies helps to flat our tummy. I've watch JJ Smith Channel on youtube, She discussed on how to lose belly fat without exercise. Well, green smoothies works for me in 10 days. You can try it too.

keep exercising... it's good over all your body, not only for your belly...

Sweating feels good? I hate it. I cringe at the very idea of having my entire body moist. But the climate here hasn't allowed me to escape that.

hey shivani! so we share the same first name! I too am trying to tuck my tummy in. I don't usually go to the gym, once upon a time I used to go to aerobic classes. they are good for your all over body workout. since the past three years I am into yoga, I do a round of 12 suryanamaskars for my entire body workout. plus belly dance helps too... get to some basic belly dance classes and learn the shimmying technique. works great on your waistline and hips.
