it is not about unprofessional. as human u may have different problems and cos of that u may loose concentration at work. so ma question is what can kind of experience do u have 4 that.

@lominteabebe123 Some people are perfect at their work, loosing concentration is unprofessional and bad - it is not hard to concentrate when you are at work!

Yes, there are times I lose concentration when I am working (online) because there are so many distractions or things that can run in my mind.
