How to reverse money paid by OTP transfer online?

I have an online Account for State Bank of India. Yesterday when I tried to pay BSNL bill related to my landline phone I got one time password. Then I entered it and then it was mentioned transaction successful. But no online message came from BSNL saying that I had paid the Bill. Then I tried once more and the same bill amount was paid. Again it was mentioned that transaction was successful. Again the information from BSNL did not come. It has not come even after 24 hours of pay. But for both the times, my money had been debited from my SBI account. What is the way to reverse the money which did not successfully go in the right account?

contact BSNL first and check if both payments appear in the system. if not, call SBI and ask how to have it reversed.

Dear Joy, today I had made a complaint to SBI. Let me see if they can reverse the transaction.
