How is your jump rope in one minute?

Today I occasionally found that for a grade 9 boy, you need to jump over 176 in a minute so that you will get a full mark for it. Wow! I don't know whether it is easy or not, but obviously I can't do it. I will have a hard breath after the jump rope for a short time.

@youless Yep I will have to jump rope some more. I used to be good at hula hoop now I can't lol. Need to practice more.

Heheh that's a good number and quite a faster as well.I usually don't see the time yet I try to do 5 sets of about 100 per minute hehhee.
