I find a random word by flipping through my 2003 The New Webster’s Concise Dictionary and write a quick – often silly – little post about it.

“rebec – A medieval bowed instrument, somewhat like a violin.”
So I went to YouTube to see if there was any rebec music there. And there is. Here’s one of the videos I found that sounds very medieval.
