We had trouble deciding on what we would make for this week's recipe. At first we thought about making homemade cottage cheese but the process is time consuming and I told Leah it might be best leaving something like that for when I'm on vacation in August. The egg custard recipe was fairly simple and although I've made them before Leah hasn't so it is new to her. Right now it is in the oven doing its baking thing. Hopefully it will taste good. If not, won't be our first recipe fail!

When I made egg custard for my client, I used fat free milk. Thought about using a non caloric sweetener, but wasn't certain about how it would turn out. Let me know how it comes out and share the recipe if it does.

Got the recipe online but I could probably find it again. One thing I've found is that the baking time is a lot longer than the recipe says.

@ElusiveButterfly Didn't have time to try it yet. Texture looks good though. Not soupy like egg custard does sometimes.
