Some people prefer to jog in the morning but some like to jog in the evening. If I have to jog, I will jog in the morning. As I can still wake up early to do so. But I don't have much free time at night to jog. How about you?

@toniganzon If so, then perhaps the swimming is the best sports for everybody.

@youless It better than jogging. It won't damage your knees or ankles.

I prefer jogging in the evening. I feel that after jogging, I can have a better sleep.

@youless Sometimes, I am afraid that I will be very sleepy if I go to jog in the morning.

@youless I did, not now. When I was younger I would do 40 miles a week but training for a marathon I would be doing 120 miles at the peak of the training.

Not a jogger at all. Now a walker is something else... I would choose early morning when the world smells to beautiful as everything wakes up.

Walking is a good exercise, too.

I am early riser. I never had remained in bed after 6 am in the morning. Presently I am busy. But whenever I had run or swam I did it in the morning. In the evening also the exercises have benefits but not as in the morning.
