I don't jog at all. I cycle and sometimes i do it in the morning or in the evening.

@toniganzon If so, then perhaps the swimming is the best sports for everybody.

I was both when I ran, trained most day morning and evening.

@youless I did, not now. When I was younger I would do 40 miles a week but training for a marathon I would be doing 120 miles at the peak of the training.

Not a jogger at all. Now a walker is something else... I would choose early morning when the world smells to beautiful as everything wakes up.

I am early riser. I never had remained in bed after 6 am in the morning. Presently I am busy. But whenever I had run or swam I did it in the morning. In the evening also the exercises have benefits but not as in the morning.
