A good start, maybe mean keeping own initial selection .As a stonger better than a crying man when get into hot water ,if you can't keep calm ,how terrible something will become .

@MALUSE I think he is saying a person when in hot waters (troubled times) shouldn't cry. He should be stronger. He should maintain calm else it would create more trouble. Take a rational approach rather than be irrational.
