An eye drop every four hours.

The ophtalmologist I went to 2 days ago looked at my left eye and prescribed eye drops every four hours. He said that there was no need to wake up at night for a drop so I thought it was fine.
But In these 2 days I have discovered how fast time flies. I go downstairs (or look at the big clock if I am at the kitchen) and before I have time to take a breath, I have to go to my room, get the blessed drops and put one in my eye.
I´m glad I did not have to use them in both eyes. The drops are not just artificial tears and they cost a fortune.
To make matters worse, I don´t know if I have an allergy, if the drop is giving me one or if whatever was clogged is getting out by the way of big sneezes.
Now, after just a post and a few comments there´s only another half hour left for the next drop.
I don´t know if I´m better as I don´t dare touch my eye. I hope it gets well with this. If not, I will probably need what doctors call "a small surgery". JEEZZZ!!!

I hope the drops help. It seems that if they help, they it is something. If they don´t, I have to another doctor.

I hope it does the trick for you. Any surgery on the eye is more than a small surgery.

I know. I told the doctor that surgery would have to be a last resource.

@marguicha the thought of having eye surgery scares the crap out of me.

@ElusiveButterfly I told the doctor that if that was the case, I would want general anesthetics

I am terrified of eye surgery. Specially if I am awake
