Team Speak or Vent?

for those who uses one of these programs for online games, which one do you think is the best? I like TeamSpeak, for that is the one I use most often and most used to, but Vent is much quicker in time it takes to get the others speaking

I like Ventrilo the best. It seems more user friendly to me. Maybe the male computer voice and the female computer voice of these two should hook up and be friends!

Personally, I prefer Team Speak it seems to have fewer volume issues. Plus, you have to pay for vent every month. Why pay for a program that you can get for free?
