I am very careful to always take my birth control pills. I have been taking them for years. I always wanted more kids but not now. I want to know that if I ever have a child with someone again that it will work out with them. I do not want to be a single mother and have to have days where the child is with the dad so I will miss them.
It is that time of the month. I spotted for two days and now pretty much nothing when it should be at its heaviest. I found that to be really odd.
I have been taking a few different things that I got on AMZreview trader. Oneis a probiotic, one is a candida cleanse and the other is a Brain Boost.
The brain boost pills contain saint johns wort. I was a little nervous about taking them when I received them and saw that ingredient as I was worried that it would interact with my anti-depressants. I never thought anything of the fact that herbs could decrease the effectiveness of birth control pills.
Until today when I did a search to see what things can decrease the effectiveness of birth control pills. It listed 5 herbs and one of them is Saint Johns Wort. It is only a 3% extract it says on the bottle so hopefully I am just worrying for nothing. Maybe the candida cleanse lightens cycles or something.

That is certainly odd. I had a similar worry too recently. I was spotting instead of heavy period. Spoke to my doctor and she said if it doesn't get back to normal to go see her. Thankfully after a few months of just spotting instead of periods, it's back to normal. Maybe it's the same thing with you. Maybe you should just give it time.

I hope that you are right. That is strange that you had it for a few months like that. I will wait a few days and try not to keep freaking out and then take a pregnancy test. I am really nervous right now. I feel like I needed to tell someone so I wrote about it here since I don't trust to tell anyone I know.

Oh my goodness me to! My son came home from school after this and asked me if I was going to have another baby and if I was going to name it Christopher. I was in shock. He freaks me out the things he says sometimes. He has the same psychic tendencies I do. I am guessing maybe he just sensed what I was nervous about is why he thought this. Still very ironic.
When I texted my man about taking the test he wrote back that he didn't really know why I was telling him this. I thought it was such a rude thing to say. I told him that I was really nervous and felt I needed to tell someone. I haven't really heard from him much since then. Oh well.
