My Lunch: Mongo Beans In Ampalaya Leaves

I just had my lunch today and I'm on organic diet. Today my lunch is mongo beans with the green young leaves of ampalaya (bittergourd). Samaria, our co-worker cook the dish. She added some slice of pork. The not so bitter taste really make my eating good today. You know, the ampalaya is one of the healthiest vegetable leaves in the rural. Just don't overcook the leaves and it will give you the good time of eating.
