Hi Mylot Friends, Most of the people are using cold water for drinking regularly in hot summer, but some people used to consume the cold water regularly even in winter also. Now the experts says that consuming cold water after taking food may cause cancer, Because this cold water delay the process of digestion of the food, instead of cold water it is better to consume hot soup or boiled filtered water is good for health.

I f you listened to every expert out there you wouldn't eat or drink any thing at all because they are saying every thing we eat now causes cancer. no one in the old day's got cancer because they ate off the land, grew their own food, drank water, and even ate animal's and they didn't get cancer at all. maybe we should all go back to the old way's of growing our own fruit's and vegetables, that way we would not get sick at all and live to a ripe old age.
