Is the film Anaconda worth watching?

Director Luis Llosa directed the film Anaconda in 1997. In the film Jeniffer Lopez was making a documentary film on a tribe called Shirishamas.
She and her team was guided by a Paraguayan guide Jon Voight. From there he misled the team and brought them before giant anacondas in South American rain forests.
The photography of the film was excellent. The amazon river and its surroundings were very well exhibited. The acting of Jenifer Lopez, Jon Voight, Ice Cube, Eric Stoltz was outstanding.
The film did well and thereafter sequels of the film Anaconda were made.

@sathviksouvik I think my sons rented it and I did not enjoy watching it. I am not fond of snakes, especially ones that plan to eat you.

@akalinus Yes Jo, I agree with you. It is a horror film. Killing of humans is not enjoyable at all.

Thanks Jo. I think the story of Anaconda is more of a fiction. But as an adventure film it is interesting to see.

Anaconda was a pretty good film and so were the sequels. Can't beat giant snakes!
