Federal Government

Because Rody Duterte is the new President of the Philippines, he is now considering the change of the form of the government into Federalism. Yeah, just like United States of America. There will lots of actions, plans and preparations for this including the acceptance of the people. But one thing come into my mind, what is the advantages of being in Federal government than the current form of government in the country now.
