Kentucky's primary election is on Tuesday (tomorrow as I write this). That means for two weeks we've been bombarded by Democratic presidential candidates in the state and their ads.
One has Bernie Sanders talking about he's going to make equal pay for women the law. After that ad began running Hillary Clinton began working into her campaign speeches that she was going to ensure equal pay for women.
Am I missing something here?
Actually, are they missing something.
Equal pay for women has been the law since 1963.
What's next, a promise for women voting?

The government passes many laws. I never got equal pay compared to my male counterparts. As far as I see it, the American people have been sold down the river by our government and big business reaps the money. Voting is one of the few rights that I have left.

Good grief, those commercials were for real? What next, a campaign promise that we can breathe air?
