What if you were the most intellingent person, but you killed someone each time you use your brain?

What if you had the chance to become the smartest, the most intelligent genius (somewhat like in the movie/TV show limitless) but whenever you used your brain, someone somewhere in the world would die of natural causes. What would you do? Would you still want to be a genius?

Using brain is something that comes naturally to human beings, so this situation would be out of my control as I cant stop from thinking and that needs brain, but since this is hypothetical situation, I am happy am not in that scene.

Fiction... But what I am asking is what is the connection of that individual to the most intelligent person that he was being sacrifice instead in exchange for the man's intelligence?

There is no connection, its just that whenever you try to use your brain, some one innocent would die.
