We are nowadays for some reason or the other or out of fashion in order to keep yourself fit and appear glamorous with flat stomach prefer to or take a recourse to skipping meals which is only not to give what our body actually need of at an appropriate time. I really wondered how people in their ignorance to keep themselves fit or due to rush of work skip their meals and adjust themselves with junk food. Is this Junk food really compensates the regular food that is meant for your body system? There are also people who go fasting. But, fasting actually increases the chances of overeating. you can skip a meal but the chances are there that you may end up binging later. Denying the body what actually in need of will only make it crave for more. The result is an extra item of junk food plus the regularly required food. The junk food, if eating becomes a habit, the resultant effect will be overeating and the consequences of it will be over weight. It is always good to take appropriate nutritious food than loading the stomach with junk Food.

Yes, skipping meals will definitively lead to overeating and getting fat. Not a good idea at all.
