Hi Mylot Friends, Odissa Govt-India launching "Green Passage Scheme" to orphan students, in this scheme free education will be provided to them to enhance encouragement and confidence in orphan students. Mr Navin Patnaick already given permission to this scheme. More than 16 thousand orphan students will be benefited with the scheme the orphan students will be given free education from Intermediate level to Postgraduate level, hats off to Navin Patnaick
