I have never been in the shoes of a police officer, and I don't know much about challenges they go through in day to day life. But I wonder what makes them so angry that they are ready to kill a civilian just because of a demo went bad. Three days back, we witnessed one of the most outrageous powers that Kenya police officers used against the demonstrating members of opposition political party. The excessive force they used against civilians has left the world talking how inhumane people can be...not even women were spared in that hour of brutality. I do not support violence of any form, I hate evil and I am proud about that. There are other means of dealing with hooliganism of any sort... and I guess the police officers are not licensed to kill unless when him or her life is in danger. Now, what circumstances where you would support police violence against unarmed individuals?

This is a sad situation and especially because the demonstrator was unarmed.
