U.S. President Obama just called and congratulated the Philippine Presumptive President Rodrigo Duterte. Barrack Obama acknowledged the newly elected President of the Philippines as they both look forward to strengthen the ties between the U.S. and the Philippines.
Any thoughts?

Both him and Trump are great at offensive terrible jokes. Trump said his daughter is so hot that if she is not his daughter, he will date her.
