Too Early

I don't know if it's just late caffeine kick or my body is just not working right. I woke up 4AM today and I can't seem to get back to sleep even though I'm too exhausted from yesterday.
I slept at around 2AM today so I really am not planning to sleep for only 2 hours but my mind is too active, I might as well do something productive.
Can anyone help me sleep? Counting sheeps doesn't seem to work anymore. Hope mylotting will help me get drowsy.

I seem to be in the same boat - down at 2:00 am, and up again at 4:00 am.

I've been googling it and it has something to do with our adrenal glands and stress. But I'm going to test my coffee theory today. I am able to sleep at 7-8AM which is no good if I have work or classes.

If i were near you i would give you a good punch in the face to help you sleep. That's the best alternative to counting sheep.

I needed that punch. Went on a very early morning jog until I got a bit weary.
