Are We Allowed To Click The Ads At MyLot?

A few hours ago I was checking hotels in Cebu City Philippines and travel bags online. Now, I see here at MyLots plenty of ads about the hotels and travel bags I was checking. I wanted to click on them but didn't do it because I don't know if we are allowed to do so. Are we?
