You need to reach $10 to be paid. MyLot set the payment at $1, but it was only for March and April. When you will have reached the cash out threshold, you will be automatically paid on your PayPal account before the 15th of the following month. For example, if you have earned more than $10 at the end of May, you will be paid before June 15th. You also need to give your PayPal address (fill it in your profile).

Congratulations! But for May it seems to be back to $10 minimum payment. So you will need to have $10 in your myLot bank by May 31st to get paid next month before the 15th of June!

The $1.00 limit was only for the months of March and April. You'll see that they said as much on the link above. We all assume that it has gone back to $10.00 threshold. Either way, they can pay at anytime in the month. For instance, in January they paid on the 7th in February it was the 12th so on and so forth.
