Everyone knows that owning a flat in Mumbai is how difficult nowadays. But its a common need of a common man. One gets it very easily and one sacrifices everything to get that one flat.This story is also of a very common man who struggled a lot and sacrificed lot of things to own flat. @tushky7 yup...!! :) i will have mine after 6-7years I guess but my father got his.

I havent bought a house but its my goal in the next year or so. I just feel they are so expensive here. And you have to have a lot of money saved up and very good credit. It seems a little hopeless for me right now. Hope your plan is going well though.
