I had to go to oncology and then, with a prescription, to the insurance company to pay a small amount after which they give me a paper that says I don´t have to pay for the doctor´s appointment nor for 2 of the 3 exams that I need to take to my oncologist on June 1st. I had the luck of a lifetime to come across a darling young man at the insurance company who explained all I didn´t know and did not make me go elsewhere for another paper. I am old enough as to tell him he was a dear. I suppose I made him happy too as most people don´t applaud when emplyees do well their job. I felt absolutly lucky. Most of the time my relation with the insurance company end with my blood pressure very high.

Good that this young guy has the patience and expertise to serve you really well. I think he has a good future ahead of him. Perhaps you can write in to the company to commend him. It will be nice to see him getting a higher bonus or promotion for the good work.

@marguicha Yes, the salary should not affect their manners.

I hope so. Most of the people there are very rude.

@scheng1 I know they are low paid. But this nice employee was paid the same and treated me well.

It really made my day. I am depressed in advance when I go to the health insurance company.
