Is it an antlered species of rabbit.
It seems like they are extinct but some people say they have saw some of them.
They say when attached they are vicious and use their antlers, sometimes they are called the Warrior Rabbit.
It is said they about 5 pounds and brown in color and can run at 90 miles an hour.
Some people say this is a mythical creature what do you say?

Jackalopes are not real. We were introduced to these FAKE animals when we visited Wyoming. Some people actually believed that they existed but BELIEVE ME, they don't.

I don't think rabbit skulls can support antlers. Also the 90mile per hour thing is not possible, certainly with those non-aerodynamic antlers. Rabbit and deer are evolutionarily so far apart that the chance of finding a human-chimp breed is higher than this thing

It is just a discussion whether it be fact or fiction. A lot of things in this world to talk about, right?

@Marcyaz hope you don't mind us kidding around. That is how we are. I hope you enjoy the fun. I was at work thinking about the answer I gave about the jackalope with a saddle in the yard and was thinking you might take it the wrong way and hoping you know I just say stuff like that because being crazy is more fun than being serious.

Done some search , And I found out that this is a myth, Jackalope was popularized in 1930's by Douglas Herrick and his brother who grafts deer antlers into a rabbit, Then they sell this to local hotel and restaurants. See full story at the link below.

From what I understand, this creature is 100% made up. I've seen threads featuring the creature before and have seen a few people give an explanation as to how they never existed. I can't imagine a reason for a rabbit to have antlers. They are so fast as it is. I have this hilarious image of them using their antlers to fight each other, but that's about it.

That would be quite a fight wouldn't it? Maybe they didn't run fast enough.

@Marcyaz It kind of reminds me of the Rabbit of Caerbannog from Monty Python. I just have this image of rabbits running towards each other with foaming mouths. The idea of antlers on bunnies just makes me laugh a bit.

I would say it's a myth. I've seen it going around the internet a few times.
