Favorite Slow Cooker Recipes

With the girls ice skating twice a week and trying to find time to make dinner with both of us working, we rely heavily on our slow cooker. I use it at least twice each week now because I can start dinner when I'm home for lunch and it's done by the time I get a chance to eat that evening. Does anyone have any unique slow cooker meal ideas? Preferably recipes that don't require a lot of prep time since I only get a few minutes to get things started.
