Do you enjoy playing back yard games? We used to have a permanent volley ball net set up in our yard when our kids were teenagers. All the kids in the neighborhood came to play almost every day in the summertime and we even played in the winter sometimes. Now, the favorite game we play is Corn Hole Toss. And sometimes we play Badminton. Croquet is also a popular yard game, but we don’t have that game anymore. I wouldn’t mind getting it again, but it has mostly gone out of style. I’m not sure you can even buy it anymore. Getting your body moving is always a good idea. It triggers a release of spirit-boosting endorphins, so you actually FEEL better after playing these games.
