Cake Lovers. Here's A GREAT Idea!

I had lunch with a friend recently and we ordered a small piece of mocha cake for dessert and then she told me this little secret.
If you want to make a mocha-flavored cake, all you have to do is substitute prepared coffee for water when using a packaged chocolate cake mix. So, if it calls for one cup of water, you make a cup of coffee, either instant or with a coffee machine and add that to the cake mix, instead of the cup of just water. Simple enough.
I haven’t tried it yet, but I think I will.

I'm going to try it soon. I don't have an cake mix right now, so I'll get some the next time I go grocery shopping.
