How to know whether persons I'm following wrote new discussion?

I am following almost 90 persons in Mylot. But whenever I get into the site, I dont get the information what is the new discussion the person had started. I search in the interesting discussions, if new discussions are there. Or I go to top-rated discussions to see the new discussions. I dont know how to view the discussions of the friends I am following.

I go to the All Activity of Followers up in the left hand side of the screen.
