I'm So Glad I Can Finally Keep My Furnace Turned Off

For a while there, I wasn't sure if that was going to be the case or not. It was getting warmer during the mornings but, by night, it was back down in the 30s and I was starting to wonder if it was going to be like that in June too.
But, it's been staying relatively warm at night for the past couple of days (in the 50s) so we've been able to keep the furnace off as long as we close our windows. That's something I'll definitely appreciate more when I'm not paying $100+ per month for heat soon.

This year it is time for us to get a new furnace. We have been saving for a few years. In the last 10 years we have had to put $1,400 in repairs.

We just put this one in about two years ago. The one we had prior to that was from the 1980s, was no longer made and parts were a nightmare to find. When it decided to die on us during the coldest night of the year, we pretty much were forced to make a change.
But, as an added benefit, our heating bills are considerably less than they were with that inefficient furnace.
