If Someone Blocks You

We have a few serial blockers here, and in the past I have been blocked by a member without any interaction, and by another one after 1 like. You think that you have been blocked for what you wrote ? Perhaps not at all : I learned later that the first one had blocked me... and a lot of other members because we were too old. Another one was blocking all non American members... My opinion is that you should not care : the blocking feature might be interesting against flammers or spammers, but in a site where we earn with our interaction, serial blockers are losers, and they often do not stay long. If someone blocks you, you see the discussions started by this member, you can report them or like them, but you cannot respond/comment. You do not see the responses of this member in other discussions, but you can see the comments if they are made in a box where you have also commented. And you cannot message the member.

I have been blocked. Don't worry about it. You can still see their discussions but you cannot respond. And I don't believe you see their comments/responses.

People should explain.Can't change if you never knew what you did wrong. You should know is not an option because that is cowardly. You have enough energy to be offended have enough energy to show us where you are coming from.

How do you know he/she blocked you?

I dont know, cant say l hope i have not been blocked by someone.If i feel the need to block someone, i think i will send them a PM and tell them im blocking them. dont let it worry you,there are enough members here for you to interact with.

I don't want someone to block me here. I hope it won't happen to me. I wish to have many followers. Sometimes because of our language barriers , we are misunderstood. So I am very careful in responding or writing comments.

I don't know if anyone has ever blocked me. But you are right, we cannot please everyone. I do recall a discussion I made and it appeared that one person got a little upset over what I posted. I couldn't figure out why she made the response she made. I tried to reason with this person, but it seemed to add fuel to the flame. So I just liked her response and moved on.

Yes somebody blocked me even though i havent been interacting with his discussions. I just told myself "its his loss not mine"

It's a cool myLot feature I think. Though I haven't tried it.

i was blocked by somebody because i commented on his post the way i understood it; he wanted me to comment the way he wanted it commented. i have a mind of my own, and then when he commented again, i cannot read it anymore, nor comment in his discussions. i can like them though. now, i don't read any of his posts anymore. no worries,i have many friends here. is she your blocker, a Filipina?

No, I hope not. If we're block in this open discussion because of our different opinion and disagree his or her views and get blocked. I think it is not fare. Our heart, our mind must like a deep sea that can contain everything. Unless we keep on argue with their discussion and they feel deeply hurt, they can take action to block. Or PM certain article that they dislike.... If you open a store, you can't please every one , some like, some don't, some just said so.so lo And you stop them coming and welcome those you liked. Take it easy ! Forgive and Forget !

I have had a couple of people block me, not really sure why but it's okay. I still have plenty of friends here so I am not worried about it. =)

It's amazing to me how so many people get offended over.... everything! You really can't please everyone and it's a shame how so many people are offended these days. I think people need to learn how to slow down, relax, and not be so uptight. . . I wonder how many people will be offended with this comment of mine...
