The Paleo Diet includes all vegetables, legumes, meat, roots, fruits, Nuts, etc., available for primitive paleolithic man. It does not include the processed foods, oils, sugars, coffee, tea, and dairy products.,
In short, paleo foods means the eatables that were available to the paleolithic humans.
This diet has been given more thrust recently and being popularized.
Though there is not enough data available as to the diet that was available it is promoted as a way of improving health.
The digestive system of the modern man is inferior to that of paleolithic humans. The way they included all nutritional food in their diet is totally different as the climate, geographical location and wide spread of population are the guiding factors in determining the Paleolithic Diet.
It was in the year 2012 this paelo diet has been named as 'the latest trend' in diet that is meant for the health of the humans by the diet experts.
As of 2016, the data available with regar to the health effects is very limited and there are many arguments for and against the health effects of Paleo Diet.
