How do you like taking photos with special effect ?

I am checking some of the free apps that can create some kinds of special effect during the night time. However, many good apps needs to be paid for it and I just don't want to spend any money on it. it is happy to take a great picture for fun but it is another issue to pay money for that. I sometimes like to use a camera as well but I think using an iphone is more convenience and easy as well. Well, using a camera is always different for using an iphone anyway. That's my opinion. What do you think, share with us ?

Good for you. I don't want to depend on apps neither. But if you want to your photos to have more sells and if you are not a pro like me. An app will solve many problems. Maybe you are a pro already and never plan to sell you photo to make some money with that. Then , you surely don't need any app.

@wildlittlefan I'm not really a pro and never really have a big background in photography, I just love taking photos with my own way, no photoshop and no apps, I guess that matters.
