Cardamom and it's health benefits

This spice is a product of Evergreen forests of India. It is widely used in Indian cuisine as a valuable spice. There is some research going on as to the health benefits of this spice especially in relation to it's antidepressant properties. But, in Ayurveda, it is used in the preparation of some important medicines. Some of the health benefits of Cardamom are; It is used in much the same way as ginger for digestion. After meals it is taken to get out of nausea, It is also used for bloating stomach, constipation, heartburn, gas, and loss of appetite; It helps body eliminate waste through kidneys; Apart from helping bad breath it is used for mouth ulcers and infections of the mouth and throat; The tea of Cardamom gives relief from cold and flu symptoms; This has got good detoxifying properties and is used for cleaning out urinary tract, bladder, kidneys, removing waste, salt, toxins, an excess water; It is used in Ayurveda exclusively for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and impotence.

O I just know this the first time. But I know Murungai or Moringa, Indian like to eat. Easily can find near the Indian House, Have a lot of medicinal value too.
