Finger millet is called Ragi in telugu which has got good nutritious value. However, there is a way to consume it in the form of Ragi Malt (in the form of liquid). The ragi malt is traditionally considered to have more nutritional value than the raw grain. The bio-availability/ absorbability of the nutrients increases with sprouting as proved scientifically.
Regular intake of Ragi malt increases the protein and mineral uptake. One should study the changes in the system while going for Ragi malt. Sometimes one feel less hungry and more thirsty if the millet intake is more. So, take less amount duly studying the response of your body.
