Mylotting while there´s work going at the kitchen.

I have been working just a little bit here today and yesterday. But now Marco and Leticia have gone and I am alone mylotting. I have nothing to do except wait for the bell to sound at the kitchen so that I can turn off the pressure cooker. As soon as Leticia and I came from the supermarket today, Leticia started to heat the lunch I had made on Friday and I did a massacre on 2 of the 5 hens I will use for mt birthday dish. Then I placed the birds in the pressure cooker and they have been cooking for ages. The meat has to fall off the bones and that hasn´t happened yet (not the last time I checked). Now I set an alarm and I will turn off the gas whether it is cooked or not. If it isn´t, I´ll finish it tomorrow. I have several days to prepare the food. I just want to have it half done soon and to check if I will have enough room for other food. Tomorrow I will cook 2 more hens. Hopefully there will be enough with the 4 small hens and the big one. If I see I´ll need more, I can buy a couple more hens when I go to the hospital on June 1st. I know my friends will be elated with my granmother´s recipe of Picante de Gallina.

You have been a busy lady. You will make it happen. I just looked at pics on the internet of your dish and it looks yummy.

I love to cook. This dish will be tummy and not very expensive so I will have more money for the appetizers.
