Work..work..work.. And it is field work this time. It was just fast cause i have to be "picky with a heart". Lol How is that? Tax and liscensing in every store around here, but have to consider how much they have in their stores. If they are just selling just to have some extra money, and for their medical needs, would just skip them and if they are earning a lot, have to asked them for payment. Yeah, unfair right? Have to ask for their obligations. But knowing how this small store owners are, well, sigh.

That's what we call Consideration. Letting small stores to operate free of tax and big stores with tax. For me, i think it is fairly right. Small stores have small earnings just enough for their daily needs, why do we have to make them pay tax? Big stores with surely big earnings should be the ones to pay taxes. But in my own thinking, why do we have to pay taxes for our own stores with our own capital and in our own place? So unreasonable....

Thatis going to be tough for sure. Convincing people for Licenses and Taxes is one of the most difficult things here at my place. Some of them (shop owners) do it for their own good while a majority of them, play fakes.I hope this is not the same scenario with the shopkeepers at your place
