Making Myself Sick in Virtual Reality

I need to learn to pace myself with my experiences in virtual reality. I downloaded an app with tons of virtual reality videos and I way overdid it. I'm so nauseous from motion sickness that even scrolling through facebook on my phone is making me feel like I'm gonna throw up. lol I thought about taking those motion sickness pills but they put me to sleep. Even the ones that say non-drowsy. lol The experiences were so intense though, despite the fact that they made me sick. I got to swim underwater with some sharks, ride a roller coaster (really bad idea), and skydive (even worse idea). I even scared myself stupid with some horror videos (not gonna lie, I cried a little). As fun as it is, I really need to limit my time on the Oculus Rift cause this nausea is just not worth it. lol

Virtual Reality
Hi Jessica! I also get dizzy easily but that sounds like so much fun! I am not much of an adventurer but it sounds like with Oculus Rift, I can have a lot of experiences which I would never try in real life. Maybe you should rest your eyes for a while. I hope that you will feel better soon.

It really does provide you with opportunities you would probably not have in real life. I do need to rest my eyes though. I shouldn't get carried away.

I have not tried Oculus Rift. But I wonder if I can handle such intense experiences.
