Villain is someone or something whose actions are devilish and can harm us in many aspects. It can be as strong as the wind and as devastating as the storm. If we don't understand it's nature then it has the potential to destroy us mentally, physically and at all other levels of our functioning. According to me,the villain of our lives is our "negative thinking" that has the power to harm us the most.If we don't overpower our negativity with the positivity then it can become lethal. Who according to you is the Villain in your lives?

@shubhu3 maybe another time.. sometimes, talking about them actually brings the issue back? and create unnecessary problems? its like if you're focused on discussing negative things, its easy to slip into a negative mode. no point feeding it mental enerygy

Pessimism
Hi Shubhu! I agree. Negativity can keep us from being happy and from making the most of our lives. Being pessimistic will not help at all. To some, it may be different as we all fight our own demons every day. Personally, I think that my villain is laziness. There are times when I know I can accomplish more but I don't because I easily get distracted. I am working on it though as it wouldn't do for mothers and for teachers to be lazy.

Very well said! Nothing hurts us more than our own negative thoughts.
