The Blacklist (season finale)

I love the tv show The Blacklist. It reminds me so much of the movie The Silence of the Lambs. I had heard that the renew the show for another season. I was confused about that since Liz is dead. But after seeing the season finale I understand why.
I KNEW IT!! I thought that Red's friend had faked Liz's death, but I couldn't really prove it. So Liz is alive!! I also can't believe that Susan Hargrave is Tom's mother.
But I thought Red is Liz's father. I think Alexander Kirk is actually her step-father who she accidentally shot when she was little.

In the first episode Red was locked in up in a cell and only asked and would only talk to Liz. She sat in a chair like the agent in the movie. Plus it was first day on the job just like the movie.
